To get started I will send you a CLIENT INFO FORM to complete. This is for you and your partner, in your own time, to fill out together (I recommend doing this over a bottle of wine, trust me, it helps soothe the arguments!).

 

The form covers the key factual info such as; venue name, date of the wedding, possible theme, colours, etc . It also prompts you to think about what ideas you already have, lets me know a bit about you as a couple and give me an insight into what you may be after. 

 

NB. Please don't worry if you feel clueless about what you want, this is much more common than you think and it's my job to help you figure that out!

I then will want to do a face to face meeting with you both (we can Zoom this up if that suits better) and discuss your form, share ideas, firm up what you might be looking for, look at some examples and plan a way forward together. I will listen carefully to what is important to you both, what theme you may have in mind, have a peek at that amazing venue you have chosen, show me your Pintrest board, discuss timescales and draw up a list of the elements you may want creating, this is all very flexible. 

 

Please note there is no commitment from you at this stage, you may decide you just want to get an idea of pricing from me, and that's fine.

I will then generate an approximate quote (you may decide to add more or less elements later, so its all very flexible). Then, if you are happy with the quote and decide you want to move forward,  then you are required to pay a non-refundable 50% deposit, as I am now committing my time to develop your beautiful invites! I will then need to collect further info from you to be able to proceed with the design work eg. preferred names on invite, wording, gift list details, RSVP date, directions etc

Now it's over to me! From now on you will receive weekly updates from me, some will be asking for your feedback and some are just to keep you in the loop (and hopefully getting you excited!)

I will start generating initial ideas for your wedding logo, illustrate key elements that link to your theme and mock-up possible designs for the main invite. I will then provide you with a proof for each element in the set via email.  Once all elements have been approved I will post you the complete set for final checking.

 

Then when you have signed each proof and sent confirmation that you are happy, you will pay the remaining 50% and it's full steam ahead with the printing!  I aim to have stationery printed and posted out to you within 2 weeks.
